Delivery is by Australia Express Post and a flat rate of $15.80 is charged, no matter what you order. Your product will be sent as soon as payment is confirmed, and on the same day as payment is cleared if you order prior to 2pm. If for any reason we don’t have the item in stock on ordering, we will advise you by email, giving you an estimated delivery date and the opportunity to opt for an immediate refund or an order continuation.
If payment is received by 2pm (Queensland time) your order will go that day, but if received later it will go the next day. Delivery to you is normally within 24 hours of postage, although rural areas may experience a 2-3 day delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may take the item back to your local post office for collection, or to deliver at a later date.
As soon as your item has been posted you will be sent a tracking number which will allow you to track your item through Australia Post. Just visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number (emailed or sent via text to you at time of dispatch). Note: The tracking status will not activate until the parcel reaches a local depot – it does not always state that it has been dispatched. However, we will not email you a tracking number until it is dispatched, so if you have a tracking number, your parcel has 100% left the building!
If when tracking your item, if your tracking status is: ACCEPTED BY FACILITY, or you have received a notice from the post office in your letter box. You will need to take ID to the post office or request delivery again.
